i cannot be certain, but this appears to be a forgery cartoon by gabe’s new helper monkey, whom he obtained through dubious means in an attempt to cash in on his blue cross benefits while he can. you will notice that although the drawing style is virtually the same, the words are all spelled correctly, clearly a tipoff that it’s no an original utasi. but better than nothing.
well, now that you mention it, not not would appear either to be a double negative so complicated that it makes my head hurt, or possibly a subtle not not joke. the sort of thing a helper monkey easily could overlook. just a theory.
Cartoon police, it’s a subtle triple negative if you include the “can’t” in the first line. I almost fell down in the shower when I thought this one up.
Who says I was wet or naked? When I said shower, I was referring to the Geminids meteor shower this month.
