I like your cartoons. Can I use them for this and that?

Only if you pay me first. If you have a print publication, I’ll email you a high-resolution version after payment is received and a simple contract is written.

You may not use them in any publication or media or for profit without prior written consent. The cartoons are protected by copyright law and any usage not approved in advance in writing will not be tolerated.

Man, that bit about the copyright is a downer.

That’s the way it goes. It’s pretty easy to track who took my images anyhow, so please be respectful of my work and I wont have your website shut down.

Payment options are noted here:

$5 per cartoon:
If you have no advertisements on your blog, and are non-profit.
$15 per cartoon:
If you have 1-5 advertisements on your site or wish to use it on a community blogging site like Facebook or MySpace.
$40 per cartoon:
If your site is a commercial site and has a significant number of ads.
$50 monthly subscription $150 monthly subscription $500 monthly subscription

Usage includes only display of the comic via the code supplied that links directly back to gabrielutasi.com or pokerdoodle.com, not for use on any product or in print or any other media.

Thanks for visiting the site.

Really, thanks. I’d like to keep this site advertisement-free so please support it by paying for the cartoons you wish to showcase.

I draw cartoons for fun.

If you haven’t figured it out, this is a collection of random cartoons that is growing a little bit every day.

I’m keeping it simple.

Jared made me set my site up like this. Now you can comment and search for comics by topic or keyword, suggest an idea, or purchase original cartoons. My old site is here with comics dating from 10-09-06 to 08-18-07. However, the archive will eventually be up with all the old comics posted on their original post date.

Why aren’t your cartoons funny?

Well, they are funny to me usually, and for the most part, you can count on getting some sort of brain stimulation by looking at my creations.

You draw bad.

No I don’t. Check out my professional portfolio:

How long does a cartoon take?

The cartoons are created within 30 minutes to an hour of waking up and ingesting coffee and for the most part are a creative exercise to get my brain functioning. In addition to my daily comic, I make another one called pokerdoodle.
